Our team is what makes working with us a unique experience. We are unparalleled in our qualifications as a team which is reflected in our work. We’ve worked on everything from renovating historic building to working on multiple assisted/independent living projects. Our accomplishments include the development of over 1,400 for rent apartment units and over 600 senior living units in the last 10 years as well as overseeing the construction of over 2,000 units of multi-family and assisted living facilities.

We have approximately 1200 Class A apartment units with an aggregated value of $150 million, mixed-use development spaces including renovation and restoration of two beloved historic 100 year old buildings and a senior living portfolio exceeding 500 units and $150 million value.
