Director of employee relations

Liz joined the team at CR Properties in 2018 bringing over 25 years of experience in the field of business and HR.  Before joining the team at CR Properties, Liz was the Human Resources Director for Camellia Healthcare where she was hired to lead HR function for 1000+ employees across 37 Home Health and Hospice offices.  Prior to taking on the position at Camellia Healthcare, Liz was selected as the Campus Director of Business Operations for the Claiborne Retirement Community becoming one of the key members of the original leadership team responsible for opening the community.  Being involved in senior care has been part of Liz’s career for some time, for seven years she served as the Deaconess Hospice Volunteer Coordinator recruiting and training volunteers to fulfill requests in order to support patient and family needs. Liz and her husband George have raised two children and are the proud grandparents to three and currently reside in Petal, MS.
