Controller

Seth is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi where he received his Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance.  After graduation, Seth worked at the Chicago Board of Trade for Baldwin Securities as a trade assistant for Mr. Baldwin in the 30-year Treasury bond pit.  After two years he had an offer to become a proprietary trader of 10-year treasuries for Parker Trading in Mt. Pleasant, SC which he did for six years. Wanting to move back home to Mississippi to be closer to family, he started his career in commercial lending which is where he crossed paths with Rob Tatum.  Seth now works for CR Properties as Controller, overseeing daily accounting operations as well as financing and operating results for projects. Seth lives in Hattiesburg, MS with his wife Shasta and daughter Mazzei.
