Tim Dunne is an accomplished Senior Living Executive with over 20 years’ experience in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Long-Term Care. 

Tim’s career began while pursuing an undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska.  Immediately after graduation, he went to work in the long-term care field within the Midwest.  He rapidly ascended the ranks and soon managed operational accounts in multiple states while simultaneously leading marketing efforts for a nine state region.

Accomplishments included driving newly acquired properties into local market leaders within a year of acquisition, repositioning properties to achieve over 15% increase in average revenue per unit, and restoring portfolio profitability.  Most recently, Tim led the creation of a senior living brand and helped define a culture that resulted in an efficient staffing model, benchmark leading customer and employee satisfaction, and launching up to four startups a year that generated positive NOI within a year of opening.  These communities were locally recognized for outstanding local design and appeal, exceptionally dedicated employees, and world class, white linen dining experiences. 

Throughout his career, Tim has had a passion for serving the elderly, professional and personal development and process improvement.  With a firm belief that the right combination of competency, focus and passion will enable anyone to succeed, he has taken great pride in assisting and celebrating the development of his peers and employees.  Currently, Tim is pursuing his Masters of Business Administration through the University of Nebraska. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children, shooting sports, and giving back to his local community.
