Chapel Creek is a one hundred and sixty-eight (168) unit Class A apartment development financed by Dougherty Mortgage under the HUD 221 D4 program.  This project is located in Mandeville, LA. As with the Zachary project, ICI Construction out of Dallas, TX, served as general contractor and Humphreys & Partners of Dallas, TX, served as architect.  Chapel Creek began construction in April of 2009 and finished in February of 2010.  This project is managed by Key Management Company of New Orleans, LA.
