Ivy Park is a two hundred and fifty-two (252) unit Class A apartment development that completed construction in March of 2008 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Our partner for this project is AMCAL Housing based in Agoura Hills, CA.  Ivy Park was financed by Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) under the HUD 221 D4 program.  The project began construction in December of 2006 and was completed in March of 2008.  Hinton Construction Company of Shreveport, LA, served as general contractor for the project.  The Architectural Studio of Baton Rouge, LA, served as architect for this project.  The project is being managed by Key Management Company of New Orleans, LA.
