River Park Apartments is a 192 unit apartment complex located in McComb, MS and was designed by Humphreys & Partners of Dallas, TX.  This project finished construction in January of 2016. It was financed with a HUD 221 D4 loan and built by Clark Construction Inc. of McComb, MS. It is managed by Key Management Company of New Orleans, LA.
