Reserve at Shoe Creek is a two hundred ten (210) unit apartment complex that will be located in Central, LA and was designed by Humphreys & Partners of Dallas, TX.  This project began April 2018. It is being financed with a HUD 221 D4 loan and will be built by Clark Construction Inc. of McComb, MS. It will be managed by Key Management Company of New Orleans, LA.
